When I was a teenager, my parents treated me to Summers in York Beach, Maine and a friend of mine was friends with the people that owned this place. I think he was only friends with them, because they had a swimming pool. HA! If I recall, they had a home along the York River which eventually empties into the Atlantic Ocean ~~~ but it is one of those type rivers that is subject to a low and high tide (brackish water). The place in question is called THE GOLDENROD and it is in the general area of SHORT SANDS BEACH. There's also a LONG SANDS BEACH. Anyways, Sierra, here's hoping you're having a good Wednesday. And, YES, about the sound that Chris Cornell and AUDIOSLAVE put out. It's too bad that he ended up dying way too soon ~~~ as many rockstars unfortunately do.
