I think Speedy was exclaiming his enthusiasm … possibly, the words together mean … c’mon, let’s go. Mexican mice tend to be high on life or, possibly, sugar or something else 😛 Having a Spanish girlfriend must be a good thing; they are full of passion and with a zest for life.
