acupuncture will aid reconnecting some of the nerve endings i destroyed possible while doing all the drugs I was doing. I 've heard of some intense sweat lodges close to where I live , I may try them sometimes. We have some great mud baths at indian hot springs here too but they are currently close due to covid as most places are. Is anton still giving you a hard time? He better stays away from my path. Otherwise, i'll run his fat ass over.
