There's a big movement out of cities now that people have discovered that they can work from home, lotsa people moving 2 small lifestyle farms, where my place is is going crazy....but suburbia in the cities is going up in price hand over fist as well...the only thing going backwards r apartments in the central parts of the cities....people r spreading out.....

..diff site convo, but the treasure hunts, I dont usually say what i look for bc then others start looking for the same things lol, it never fails. Ebay only has so many of what Im looking for. But on road trips .. things I keep in mind are 1 do i love the item enough to hold onto it if it doesnt sell. ..2 is it worth more than seller is asking, and 3 do i have buyers looking for those type of items. .. its mostly for resale. Something would have to be priced wayyyy beneath its value for me to buy it if i didnt really like it myself. I like to wear silver more than gold tbh, but will always buy gold if its gone undetected in the pricing bc its easy to resell. I collect a few things but its quirky stuff, i like hand-made quirk lol
