i think the usa ford rangers r basically the same as aus ford rangers.....theres millions of them here, those n the toyota hilux r easily the biggest sellers....

i think its our equiv of the tacoma.....i wouldnt mind if they sold the tacoma here, dunno why toyota releases some model in 1 country n a diff model in others......
