I took magnesium for awhile.not for sleeping but it did help with some vitamin deficiency since I am a sweet tooth kind of guy.I know some mountain in North Korea has the highest concentration of magnesium in the world.also garlic has some role in helping one person sleep.I know my late grandmother loved eating garlic
