The friend of my mother's had 3 men staring at her ass in church since she is a mezzo soprano singer and instead of blaming the men the talking point was that it was her fault for wearing jeans.can you believe the madness?my God this "community"is a joke

My mother's friend is a very modern woman.confident and dresses preppy.the sad part is the Albanians here spread horrible rumours about her cheating on her husband.they have no evidence to back it up but yes.slutshaming happens in Albania especially the more conservative parts.Albanians here bring there conservative viewpoints and try to instill them into their kids including telling a woman what to wear which is wrong on so many levels.after all its men who have a harder time controlling their urges.thats not a sjw talking point but rooted in science since testosterone does correlate with a high sex drive
My mother's friend is from the capital which is the most western and modern part of the country which ny doesn't have much.almost all of them are from mirdite,dukagjin or malesia e madhe all of whom are still conservative,patriarchal and have many folks who are anti communists hence why they are here in the states in the first place

Cremation is common in dharmic societies.it's not limited only to dharmic cultures but it is prevalent.so is reincarnation but that's a whole nother rabbit hole.here in the Bronx from my experience its very common for Puerto Rican to cohabitate than to marry.it's very conflicting to the Albanians here who still live in the 50s when it comes to divorce=a big taboo so there's not much intermingling for better or worse though I don't know what opinion to have
