Vanilla Coke will definitely be on the menu, or maybe Cherry flavoured Pepsi Max. I have a salty tooth rather than a sweet one, the only sweet things I like are soft drinks and ice cream. Not sure what I'll be eating, I had sushi tonight for a change from my usual curry. I know that one is not supposed to reveal their birthday wish, so at the risk of stripping it of it's power, I will probably make a wish that the world produces a greater quantity of kind, patient, unassuming people like yourself. I recall some sort of test that was scheduled to be carried out sometime soon, that it was believed would determine if our reality is a simulation or actually, well...real. I can't remember the details, I'll have to look it up. But I think it had something to do with studying the trajectory of a certain kinds of particles, as they traverse space (possibly neutrinos). Although I don't remember the exact nature of the experiment in question, I still found it fascinating that we now live in an age where it is believed that such a determination could be made. However, the rather unsettling assumption is....that if our reality is indeed a simulation, then the REAL reality, would have to be a lot more boring or even perhaps terrifying. After all, who would design a simulated reality that is less pleasant than the real thing? So as bad as things are right now, things may be a lot...lot worse outside of this reality, if in fact it does turn out to be a simulation.

I too will be hesitant to take the vaccine, for the reasons you just stated. I'll see how it plays out for others, as callous as that may sound. What I WOULD like for my birthday, are a few cheat codes for our simulated reality lol, one for money, one for good looks...and of course, one for being cumbersomely well endowed. ;)
