I hate to describe the clinic’s mixup with such an inconvenient description but you know that HER legal representation would have described the child as such. I can understand the consternation of the parents to (technically) raise someone else’s child. You do know that they chose this case, because of its glaring ambiguity and any ruling is a matter of legal interpretation.

If true, who in their right mind attempts to bioengineer the pneumonic plague? My theory of a pathogen with a One Hundred percent efficacy rate might not be just a conspiratorial claim.
