Hello Beth I believe that we are over this cold weather had a couple of good day's that reached in the high of 60° and 70° . My friend and I took a nice walk and drive down to Aksarben Park went to the chocolate factory I had a medium scoop of ice cream with chocolate chips mixed in it. We then strolled to the park and walked around my friend has Parkinson.He says walking is the best thing for him and helps his talking he said he hates the shaking but he trying to laugh it off lol he reminds me when you have health problems you should not get mad just be happy getting mad will not help in the matter be positive lol.
