The violence is probably linked to the pseudo scientific fact that more melanin=more testosterone thus more violent.plus cops are less likely to harrass/stalk a white guy since they are themselves in them.it's some psychological shit.not all the time though but that's the black internet talking point
Also 80% of murders in Chicago go unsolved.Chicago is or was 50% black.it even once had a thriving Slavic community.especially czechs.most of Illinois is rural.like 3/4.so I guess you can make something out of it
