i could put a half of a deer or hog on my new smoker . going to make my own oak charcoal i have the oak but i need a 35 gal. barrel to do it. i built a wood corral this last week so i have that all sorted now .

i chucked a big pork shoulder roast in the wood smoker at 5 this a.m. . 12 hours later i'm eating it , roast pork for days, best cook i've done yet .
