oh yeah i forgot. I live close to the beach too but the water is way too cold year around to be able to use it w/o a body suit. I wish I had a beach house in the tropics where i could actually use the beach.

wow that looks pretty dreadful, Do you even ski? I'm not a snow kind of person. But I understand some people really love the snow. Next time buy a place in the beach.... that would be nice.
