How many Australian artists, architects, scientists, writers, poets or playwrights do you know? The list doesn't just stop at intellectuals.

well damn, Scotland sounds a lot like Louisiana/America haha …but, I think at this point, we have more fentanyl & meth addicts than drunks ..it’s so gross & it didn’t used to be like this ..even 5 years ago it wasn’t like this ….as far as immigration goes …ours is mostly illegal & mostly from Mexico obviously …tbh, they’re not that bad bc most of them have good manners & actually work hard …the part I don’t like is them taking all the blue collar jobs around here …it’s really unfair to see what’s happened with the construction industry especially …they work for so cheap, there’s no way an American is gonna work for the same price ..i mean with taxes and all, a legit American can’t afford to …clearly it should be up to the employers to pay Americans a fair wage rather than pay an illegal immigrant next to nothing, but I’m sure as you know, doing the right thing when money is involved rarely ever happens

about God - I was raised Catholic and I like being Catholic, but tbh, I don’t get too hung up on structured religion …I just feel like believing in God & trying to be a good person is what it’s mostly all about …even not believing in God, but still being a good person works for me too … I don’t feel like it’s my place to tell ppl what to believe …but for me, I feel like God has been there for me so much in my life, I’d be crazy not to believe in him

yesssssssssssss the humidity here is a killer sometimes ..I’ve always lived here, so I’m very used to it, but when it’s gone, you can immediately feel the difference & it’s nothing short of heavenly …& you describing the crunchy grass is sending me over!! …it sounds so good to me, I’m starting to think I was geographically misplaced at birth & I too should have been born in Scotland!!
