Language is a slippery slope.i am a anglophone but i never cared for English language content cause i was somehow convinced 100% that I would go to Japan where it’s still not anglophone place even in this digital era.language is not just for communication but language itself has its own history,prestige,association,feeling and so forth.ik sure we all have the stereotype in our head of French being this elite and romantic language still

It was viral.its widely believed that the potato famine helped decrease Gaelic’s influence :-/.if the famine never happened then Ireland would have 40 mil people by now
