I would let you stay at my place. But sadly my lease calls for only 1 person allowed to rent it.
I do have an over sized 1 bedroom apt with a washer and dryer! I get free heat, water, sewer, and garbage!
Rent is under $300.00 the landlord before she died was someone I went to school with in 6th grade. Sadly
they have some things to fix here I do some of the work. I recently fixed some plumbing in the bathroom.
Touched up the ceiling and walls with spackle. The only thing left is 2 things. The storage cabinet near the
entryway needs secured on the wall better. And the ceiling tile in the closet needs repaired.
