Even locally Runcorn knocks the socks off Widnes when it comes to being a depressing place. Widnes is not great, it's not terrible but has had some decent new services added recently.

Alex is mentally challenged , he is Autistic, he also has Aspergers, he tells all who might listen that he has a house .....Big deal, I have two, but I bought one of those myself, the other was also left to me in a will, but Alex was only left one in a will and never paid a penny towards it but talks as if he is the big, " I AM", like he is some kind of high flyer.
