theres 2 mezzanines inside which really "stiffen" (think of ned) the frame up......when the engineer looked at it he said..."well this place isnt gonna fall over in a hurry".....

aus is 1 of the least earthquake prone places on earth....u get the rare tremor but nothing like japan or west coast usa etc....bushfires r our big problem.....it is a bolt n screw 2gether building.....ie a cheap way of building....its classed as a barn house.....but ill tart it up 2 look nice n pretty......im gonna add some timber 2 the outside of it n "warm" its look up.....this place is solid as a t34 tank.....
