It might happen but I don't think so Lynn, at least not where I live. We don't have a homeless problem bc it's too cold and these ppl works too hard, as a whole. They put homeless to work for their keep before handing them cash. The homeless gravitate to the bay area or Los Angeles where they get fed well in a warmer climate.

I agree w helping ppl who are down and out but some just choose to live off the state. This country determines who is mentally ill or seniors and the rest are given jobs. Most of them don't want the job, they want free cash we don't have. It's not a rich county like the coastal areas.
