I can take off whenever but at this new job, they make the schedule like a mth in advance ...so unless it’s something big that I remember to plan for, I really have no idea what I’ll be doing in a mth lol .. my sis n law is my boss so I kinda thought it wouldn’t be an issue, but - she’s kinda mean/serious at work lol
