The housing market is getting out of control. a friend of mine moves into a one-bedroom apt in Georgia for 1000 a month. Where I live it's $1100 for a studio apt. I told my neighbor, the minute the Californians moved in everything thing went up and up. Now we have wild animals living in our neighborhood. The city and the real estate developers don't give a damn about anything. They leave and we are stuck with it.

I got my wall returns done and I'm going to catch a catnap. I told Anton the same ~~~ I think one's nerves can do a person in and from all the Covid stuff they throw our way 24/7. 2moro's somewhat of a somber day in England ~~~ Prince or no prince; he's still someone's Dad and Grandfather.
