Supposed to get the 2nd Dose on May 7th and thankfully they already scheduled it. Yeah, I woke up to that very sad news and I don't what to say that may assuage what America (or that specific place) is feeling right now. That sh*t started up again and it seems to ride a weird pattern. It has no quick fix and makes people leery of being in certain places. These companies need to do a better job protecting their employees. Sad statement on where America presently finds itself.

My Grandfather died of it last year.
He went into the hospital, he fell and broke his hip
He got tested he was clear.
He did have chronic kidney failure, he had diabetes and pneumonia.
Contacted covid in the hospital and died

Figured that you'd like to know that I got my first dose of Pfizer's offering. I was amazed at how many people they were administering vaccines to. Let's hope and for all concerned that these efficacy rates can be achieved and - with some continued Common Sense regarding how we interact - that we can rid ourselves of this pathogen. you're right, Chris, and regarding the course of action the world needs to take. We're lucky, considering where we live, and that sounds weird as it juxtaposes against the backdrop of all those who have supposedly perished from said viral infection (546K, in the U.S.). If what they tell us is true or somewhere near that amount, I ask this one simple question and to those who have perished ~~~ would you like to take my place in the vaccine queue line? We both know the answer to that one. Of course, there exists an inequity and in who gets offered a vaccine ~~~ not just here, but in places around the world too and that's a sad statement that falls in the lap of our world leaders not attending to their altruistic ways.
