You mentioned eating bones. I used to know a guy when I was much younger.
His Mom was originally from Africa. Anyhow he was once kind of chewing on the
end of a drumstick and sucking on the bone to get the marrow out of it. I am guessing
you are eating the bones for this reason???
No but GOOD IDEA! I put all kinds of good seasons. Chicken broth.
Turmeric, Onion powder, Garlic and parsley salts, pepper, mesquite BBQ powder,
and a few other seasoning tenderizers. Also, it falls off the bone when done cooked
for like 7-8 hours. Add some spicy sweet BBQ sauce on it. I squeezed a few into my
packed freezer. So, I can have them later on.
That bull wasn't bucking that hard but I still dunno how he stayed on it...the brumbies/mustangs round here r all inbred runts in general...it'd be easy 2 catch em, just put some feed in a yard n have a gate that closes when they go in....there's some around the caravan that I can get near, can't pat em but can get up close...
