For me sides can be more meat lol but Stoufer's mac & cheese is awesome, i have only been using the okie joe smoker and don't usually run another grill for sides like veggie skewers and such . Here is a pic of Sierra AKA 33 1/3 Horses having my bbq .

Not much, Tony ~~~ it was a quiet weekend here. How are things out in CALI? I'd have to think about what you said about the moon et al ~~~ you're far more in tune with the COSMOS than I am. I'd definitely love to find myself into space ~~~ not that it would ever happen ~~~ and to get a better idea of what these things look like up close. Did you ever hear the theory that some people think the moon is like the DEATH STAR from Star Wars and that it's actually hollow? Who knows if we even got there. But it would be COOL to find ourselves on one of those STAR TREK type ships and tool around the many universes that abound.
