Hello mate, never heard of the black pyramids. Our best ecstasy tablets were called doves, in the mid 90's, but I was just too young to experience them. But we had a bit of a revival in the late 90's with the Mitsubishi. They were 12 quid for a single pill back then, which was pretty fucking expensive back in the day, but you were out your fucking nut for almost the whole night on just one of them. Not like the shite you get nowadays!
Rab (Rob) Gee was a fucking legend back in the day! It's strange how all the good DJ's mellow out with age and their music becomes shite. Remember Tiesto and Paul Van Dyke back in the day, before they went all mainstream and their music took a nosedive?
We have quite a famous record shop here called Groucho's. That's where I bought all my records from, and I ended up selling them back to them for a third of what I paid for them. Wish I'd kept a hold of them, bet they'd go for a small fortune now?
Hardcore forever bro! Fuck knows how we were able to dance to that stuff? I couldn't dance to 60bpm these days, never mind 300, or even 400 in some cases! :)
