Just a quick flyby, Tony, and to wish your Wednesday afternoon well. Still morning where you are, my friend ~~~ but I hope this short note finds all to be well. Not sure if I am a literary man. I can't recall the last book that I read. Although, I did buy one a while back and with the intent to read it. Haven't done so yet. THE TERMINAL LIST by Jack Carr. I guess that he is a former Navy SEAL and has to have his books proofread by the D.O.D. and any section that may detail military protocol has to be redacted ... or so he states. My Mom was a children's librarian ~~~ so there were always books at my ready. I must be honest, though ~~~ I don't read often.
Yeah, I hear you on Huntington Beach's importance to Surfing Lore. I have not heard about the Black Whale. Speaking of hiking ~~~ you may know of him, but they are still looking for Julian Sands. It's been over a month, since he went missing, and whilst trying to climb Mount Baldy. I'm sure that at this point it's a retrieval not a rescue, but hopefully they may find him and allow his family some closure. I should try to ride again. I used to have fun on the mountain bike. Who knows ... but, until then, we try to stay healthy and enjoy life. Your emojis reminded me of the new season of MAGNUM P.I. ☀️🌴🌺 NBC's been using the sun, a palm tree, and a hibiscus flower to remind of us all of Hawaii's splendor. ENJOY YOUR AFTERNOON and the evening too. I am OFF to get some things done here.
