No, I take Kefir daily, also beetroot juice, and every workday I have a chopped lemon, lime, half an apple, half a pear, some mango, and blueberries and a few grapes in a glass lunch bowl, and in another smaller bowl I have a selection of mixed nuts of all types with two large squares of 90% dark chocolate. Each evening after dinner, which always has lots of vegetables, I have a bowl of sugar-free jelly which has lots of raspberries and strawberries. I make the large bowl on a Sunday to do the week; the jelly keeps them fresh through lack of oxygen. So I go Turding a lot every day; it goes like it's on a buttered railway line
