now i got a welder i can make up a super cool smoker....made 1 yrs ago outa 44gal fuel drums......might see if i can scavenge a couple from the dump next time....have 2 sneak em outa the metal recycling section.....ive done it b4 4 a burn barrel at the caravan.....

being a chartreuse is good fun....experiment with meats....make salami 1 day.....

minced/ground up a bunch of meat yesterday....that made me decide 2 get the sausage maker....

i just ordered a sausage making machine....never made snags b4....or as the limeys call em..."bangers"......lookin 4ward 2 experimenting with dif types....
