i only asked bc u seem to bbq and smoke meat a lot...I know what you mean about more meat... I've watched some of those bbq shows and competitions would you say ur skillz are as extraordinary as some of these so called "bbq kings"

have you seen any of those bbq shows, that cooking looks fantastic...i seen 1 where they were challenged to cook a whole camel, they said it tasted great...but who knows...is it always just cow any goat or ostrich...but yeah those competitions and places they visit sure look great...I've never had bbq that good...as far as sides i do enjoy me a good potato salad but you need vegetables to help break down all the meat in one's intestines...

next time you make Mac an cheese try putting some orange bell peppers inside the mac it does it wonders and a dash of some garlic salt
