no, stihl r great...that size can struggle on fatter logs but anything under 10in they rip thru if u keep the chain sharp....only thing that pisses me off about mine is it leaks bar oil...i saw a yt vid on how 2 fix it but i just put more oil in it when i use it...ill fix it 1 day, but since i havnt been living at the caravan i really havnt used it....
