I always thought that both CR and PN have been over rated and it hasn't been affordable to live there in 20 plus years since the white trailer trash/ surfers took over. I couldn't get shit there. yeah, anything half decent is 300k. even in texas and florida. I think I may have to go abroad or latino america to buy any water from property at this point . I love the DR.. maybe there. But such a long flight to get there.
