I was working in northern Germany at the time. - We were installing aluminum windows in a hospital for -
the mentally handicapped. - A few crazy people were allowed to smoke outside the door.
Suddenly someone said FRANK ZAPPA is dead and all the sick people started screaming and crying !
ZAPPA was brilliant and I always think of that moment, how far music can go.

The Frank Zappa album was funny but good musically too. I know he's a big name in music history but for some reason I found Zappa a a bit pretentious. Maybe I listened to the wrong songs first : )
