venison burgers 2nite....bought a hand crank mincer n minced (ground) a bunch of rump n added some bacon fat, plus salt pepper garlic n corriander (cilantro)....its in a big ball in the fridge ready 2 make in2 burger patties after i get back 2nite after pickin up my new bang stick....n smokin up n knocking back 3 or 4 beers......im keen 2 get cookin......
