I looked in to the Keto diet when it 1st became popular.. are you talking about the meal plans that they ship each week because that's what I looked in to and all they offer very heavy handed meat based meals . they had almost no vegetarian options .Has that changed?

Ozempic is a recent medication hence why it’s long term affects are not known or even studied but it killed the body positivity movement which in reality just encouraged people to be fat and lazy
Even after doing liposuction it’s still expected for the patient to eat healthy and still do some excercise though that procedure also has some after effects like that nasty looking skin that reminds me of a flying squirrel >_<
