We have mountain water creeks here that the water comes from melted snow.. so it's cold AF . But yes I know when I go to TX they have cryotherapy and they just fill tubs w ice, is very intense. You can see some of the creeks in my video. I just went to one yesterday, where all this grasses were growing on the boulders in the creek. It was so beautiful that the video I make don't give it justice.

yes so I'm going to San Antonio for an Ayahuasca gathering on July 14 th. Since I'm not working I have decided to then go to Nashville to see some friends and then go from there to Miami to see some more friends. The farest Ive driven is from SF to LA maybe like 20 years ago lol that's only like 300 miles. Do you think is risky for me to take such a trip on my own.. well w my dog..

yes, where I live there is a lot of places to go hiking. I'm also getting in to cryotherapy with my dog. As an ol nigger now I can't exercise the way I used to when I was in my 20's and 30's . My body gets really achy at night so last month I started summerging in 50 degree water for 30 to 60 minutes . It's very painful for the 1st 5 minutes, I scream like a little girl and my eyes feel like they are pooping out its sockets. But then i regulate and i can feel the rush of endorphins flooding my brain. You should try it.

Hey Darling: Whats going on w you today? I think I go to the gym this AM and then go for a hike later today. have I told you I'm planning a road trip a cross the country? I'm. driving from SF to San Antonio for an ayahuasca ceremony in July but I know decided to continue on my road trip all the way to Miami and back. Have you gone on extended road trips before?
