I never worked offshore but I know plenty of people who do. The North Sea is ripe with oil, and it's right off the coast of Scotland, between us and Norway. Not sure how things are over there, but there is actually quite a few women who work offshore here, mainly cleaners. So I'm sure there are some shenanigans going on. ;)
