Why would ghosts need god to exist? You talk about mental capacity, but you believe in something that cannot be seen, heard, smelled, touched or proven to exist in any way, shape, make or form. Anyway, atheists don't make the assertion that there is no god, that would be an anti-theist. Atheists are open to the existence of a god or gods, just not necessarily YOU'RE god. Besides which, god can only ever be believed in, not known to exist. Capish?
