It's ok ... I'm old now. I had a good run. I haver been really watching my carbs intake. It's kind of hard cause I don't eat any meat, milk or eggs. But I love shrimps and crabs. But I never have it. I have cut my rice ration to 1/2 a cup per day.. Then I only eat grains like beans and lentils, pees and fruits. But I have a pretty strong dependency of sugar which I have fighting to kick. I'm totally addicted to Spicy Jamaican Ginger Ale. I just love that stuff and it's filled w sugar. Sometime i can drink 4 to 5 bottles a day. That's going to kill me for sure. And a 6 pack runs like 10 bucks at whole foods. I have never been a smoker but I know how much people spends on cigarettes.. That's me and Ginger Ale. :*(. I have to stop. They have a diet one but i don't want to bother i just need to quit.

hey Ren: What's good over there? Things are ok here. My health has improved still a bit run down but I'm old so is to be expected. Really busy w the new pup and Lucci got a fatty tumor that needed a lot of follow up. I don't know how I keep this circus running when I was working. I had 3 closets in 3 different rooms fill w shit so I pull everything out to force myself to get rid of it and clean my act so the house looks like total shit cause it can't be clean cause there is crap laying around . I'm having a big party 2 weeks from today. I have some friends visiting from my hometown in Colombia and some Friends visiting from Canada. They will be staying w me from a week to 10 days. It should be fun but I'm broke AF and I'm not planning to be spending more money taking them to fancy places. I was going to charter a boat and spend the afternoon cruising the bay but that was going go run me $3500 so I'm going to take them to Alcatraz for a night tour.
