Hey man, I hope you're having a good Easter. I've just started watching an Irish film called "Don't Go". I had never heard of it, but it stars your very own Stephen Dorff. I don't know how well you know him, but I remember him well as the bad guy Deacon Frost in the film Blade with Wesley Snipes. The last words that Frost ever heard were spoken by Blade right before Frost met a very grisly end...."Some motherfuckers are always trying to ice skate up hill". I'm surprised that didn't end up on a T-shirt somewhere. Well anyway, I didn't know that Dorff had done any work in Ireland. The film is from 2018, and Dorff has aged considerably since his appearance in Blade. It doesn't get a great rating on Rotten Tomatoes, but it's only just started...so I can't tell you if it's any good yet. It's about an American writer (Dorff) who's married to an Irish woman and living in Dublin. He lost his daughter in an accident, and since then he's been having a strange recurring dream. He believes that his dream holds the secret to somehow bringing his daughter back. I'm pretty tired, so I might go to bed soon, but I'll try watching as much of it as I can, and give you an appraisal later. Enjoy your evening mon frere.
