They have a branch in London and New York. Their CEO seems like a nice guy. He's currently in New York, but he Zooms with me regularly to discuss various ideas on how to rebrand his company website. He seems to trust my judgment and likes my ideas/input.

Cue to the reason behind said incursion; Putin can now point to NATO and say to the Ukrainian people … you wanted to belong to their group, but where were they when you were under fire? They did what they needed to do … shore up defensive lines along the border of your country and their NATO allies. But, like I said, be careful of the bravado of clever machinations … they come with calculated risks and unforeseen repercussions. Life is not some laboratory that allows one to control variables … sometimes, it plays out in its own delicate minutiae.
