You can get a drink in most hotels, and you can probably get a drink in the bars at the grounds. Here in Scotland you can't get a drink at the games at all, because Rangers and Celtic fans have been slashing each others faces open for decades. They can even refuse you from entering if you sway a little as you're going through the turnstiles?
