well, first i played warcraft 3 so i didnt need it, but then in diablo 2 was required to be able to trade and speak with german friend. i remember most of things he was writing i couldnt even understand lol
then in world of warcraft.... dungeons, parties and raids, PVP arenas 2v2... english was required. then learnt it even better on old youtube when everyone was trolling there.
and now i speak english to my wife - had a very strong accent before, now much less. but starting to struggle speaking russian already...
