One of the author's ideas is that when people have negative thoughts, this leads to disease and sickness being inflicted upon the body? Makes sense when you think about it? Thoughts are energy, like clouds, just drifting around the universe forever!
Crazy to think that once you think something, that's it out there forever. We can't read peoples thoughts yet, (allegedly), but that time will come soon.
