They want the patient dropped off and then have everyone out of the hospital. And no chitchat like you would see in the movies. They get you supine on the operating table ... pretty much rip open the surgical gown ... and start on the general anesthesia.

All things considered? Not bad! I think because I took it easy on the muscle tear before surgery and the fact that they used smaller incisions for the laparoscopy ~~~ that it seems easier than a larger open cut like they used to do. They have you wear what looks like a girdle or small back brace, but I think that it is there not only to serve as protection for the incisions ... but to remind one to take it easy. Weird thing is that I had surface stitches before and in addition to subcutaneous ones, but now they use DERMABOND to replace the surface stitches. But you can still tell (feel) that they were playing around in there. The surgeon that I had normally does bariatric surgeries, but he does repair muscle tears in that region which is what I had. I can tell you that the pain meds they give you is limited in supply, but the little 5mg Oxycodone that they gave me surely did the trick and in cutting the edge off any pain. Someone I know that is the medical field told me to also take two Tylenol with the Oxy ~~~ the Tylenol helps aid in a more uniform time-release cycle. :) <<< brings one to a nice little piece of what euphoria must feel like >>> :)

Has it been that long ... 21 days? God's honest truth, I've only been doing semi-quick wall responses and then bumping out of here. Plus, I had been taking it easy before the surgery (just this Thursday and at around 7 AM). Once I can do what Johnny4T so eloquently describes as a daily happening ~~~ I should be okay. Went through my belly button to repair the groin tear (and a small abdominal tear) and two other incisions that I haven't looked at yet. You haven't missed much ~~~ Emily and Ren took up what they left off over at Upload. Otherwise, nothing new here. How are you and how is your slice of paradise? I am OFF to not so much rest but lay flat. Enjoy the evening now upon you ~~~ U.S. loses an hour later 2nite and due to clocks moving back (in case, you talk to anyone in the States). I didn't even tell my other brother (Greg who lives in Gloucester) about the surgery until that morning and with a 4 AM text ~~~ yeah, me bad! I'm done with politics mate, have been for about 15 years now, don't label myself as left/right/centrist etc, though I'd be labelled far right by my enemies? Democracy is a complete and utter scam. If you've ever read Mein Kampf then Hitler laid it out perfectly.
Basically it creates the illusion of choice, nobody can ever be held ultimately responsible for anything the government does because they were "elected", and the election cycle moves on every 5 years. This is why the mass murdering zionist psycopath war criminal Tony Blair is still walking the streets freely, and is a very very rich man. Anything good done by one government, (which is rare), can then be completely undone by the next government that comes to power. Of course all of these politicians with any sort of real power serve the people that put them there in the first place, (and that's not us). You just have to look at Liz Truss, she was voted in by the Tory members, but ultimately she wasn't the person the "elites" (parasitic scum), wanted in power, so they got rid of her and put Sunak in.
