You don't have to use imgur, there is a filebrowser, just upload it there and get a link.

Button "add [img] tag" adds tag to the end of textarea, not to the place where your arrow is.

This might be due to caps lock in filenames (e.g. .PNG, not ,png).
Try again, let's see if it works.
