Thank you Eaistain . I don't know how the ribs got broken. No body knows. No body knows how my knees got like this. Maybe its from old age. I had to go to hospital for prep to the surgery. Everything is worthless cause I just know i'm going to show up to surgery and I have to repeat the same bullshit all over again. What's the fucking point? I hate this country , I need to get better and get the fuck out of here. I moved from my main house to a cottage now w the 3 dogs. It's so hard to be in smaller space w 3 big dogs. Anyway, I'm going on a 10 miles hikes w 2 of my dogs tomorrow. I still enjoy that, and I try to do it 3 times a week and I also started doing dance yoga 2 times a week so my body hurts all the time. I swear it must be cause I'm old now. My body never hurt befoere. Oh i have to have back surgery and that's going to be worse than the knees but they say the back is what is making my legs hurt so much now.
