You can still hear the original audio.many people don’t like it.i know dubs in Albanian were exclusively for cable channels.regular tv had loads of subtitled foreign program

I take it you were bored watching those monotone voice overs on 2x2 & THT(I think the channel is called that)I remember one commenter in the late 2010s defending it,saying it’s preserving the original audio and exposing the viewer to something new.could not find it now

I meant this kind of lector.you know,voice over.tv in those parts used to be full of those.interestingly the former Yugoslavia didn’t have any but then again they were neutral I.e people could come and leave more easily than other eastern block nations hence why New York has many elderly Albanians from Ulcin/Ulqin who speak English cause they have been here since the 1970s
