Wrong. Sleep is very vital to weight loss and maintenance. Unless you're hypomanic like me, the body stores more calories and increase appetite when you are awake for long than natural. 8 hours sleep is vital for most people to maintain nawt only healthy weight but also healthy body. Skinny people are skinny because they sleep more.
