Medvedev said that US-Russian relations are at their worst (since the Cuban Missile Crisis). At least, we're still cooperating and sending astronauts to the International Space Station. Supposedly, they say Putin still respects the 1967 Outer Space Treaty which prohibits weaponizing SPACE ... but who knows ... NUKES in space is not a really good idea.
