I call you Rubio now. yeah, I don't know what to tell you about the ribs, I'm moving forward. I went on my 1st hike today and hire a trainer. 1) week will be 3 miles hikes 3 times a day and 2 workout sessions at the gym 2 hours each. I usually do 5 miles hike but I don't want to fuck my ribs further. I thought I was not going to be able to do it. At my pick I could have done 10 miles w/o any problem and 15 pushing it. I feel fine but I'm sure I'm going to be sore tomorrow. What's up w you? Tell that two timing hoe to stop telling you that he loves you. You are mine bitch!
